Joe Daly’s father introduced him to index investing, and passed along the central importance of keeping investing fees low, and investment portfolios globally diversified. Joe became an ardent follower of John Bogle, the founder of Vanguard and the father of the modern index fund. Over time, Joe developed considerable expertise in indexing, and its applicability to retirement investing.

After a successful 25 year career in the telecommunications field, it was Rebalance’s time-tested, expertly crafted methodology that motivated Joe to join our firm as a Senior Financial Consultant.

Joe’s consultative approach coupled with his extensive index investment knowledge serves Rebalance clients well and helps them focus on key issues in financial planning in a collaborative manner.

Joe recently celebrated his 32^nd anniversary with his wife Diane, and has two adult children. He has a BS from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and his MBA from San Francisco State University. He is an active cyclist, a craft-brewing hobbyist, and enjoys taking trips to Lake Tahoe.
