As Director of Client Satisfaction, Laura communicates daily with Rebalance clients to make sure our Firm is not only meeting their needs, but exceeding their expectations. Laura’s focus is on keeping clients engaged throughout the investing process, and meeting any thoughts, questions, or concerns with understanding and a prudent solution.
Laura brings decades of client management to Rebalance. With an extensive background in program management and client engagement, it is safe to say that Laura Long is a woman of many talents. Laura’s career began with MCI Telecommunications, where, as account manager for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marines, she helped facilitate communication between servicemen and their families. This rewarding experience helped frame Laura’s penchant for helping others, which parlayed into a position with the National Methodist Church as Director of Children’s Ministries.
When not ensuring Rebalance clients are totally satisfied, Laura is an enthusiastic “empty nester” who dabbles in a variety of extra-curriculars. Laura has been happily married for over 25 years, has two college-aged children, and occupies her downtime with baking, jewelry design, and watercolor painting.
