Nicole Cervi-McKeever brings a wealth of experience in the retirement plan industry to Rebalance, where she serves our BetterK clients as the Director of Retirement Services.

Nicole works directly with our 401(k) clients to ensure that they receive the “white glove” service that they expect from Rebalance. She is responsible for the entire client relationship lifecycle, which starts with a smooth, efficient, successful onboarding process. She is the daily point of contact for all BetterK clients, working diligently to ensure that she understands their concerns and needs and ensures speedy resolution of issues when they arise.

She also maintains relationships with our entire 401(k) “ecosystem”, including recordkeepers, plan sponsors and financial advisors.

Before joining Rebalance, Nicole worked for CBIZ, where she served as a plan administrator. In this role, she assisted in more than 400 retirement plans and managed relationships with client plan sponsors, business owners, financial advisors and recordkeepers.

Nicole is based in Orange County, CA. When she is not serving the clients of Rebalance, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Enjoying activities like hitting the trails with her favorite running shoes, riding her mountain bike and creating art.
