Shannon Giordano

Vice President, Marketing

Shannon Giordano brings to Rebalance a wealth of experience in both digital marketing and the financial world. She has spent the last five years working to optimize online engagement and brand awareness for various brands and is now focused on sharing Rebalance’s mission-driven approach to investing with all of the firm’s current and future clients. Shannon is a great communicator and loves to find ways to connect people and build a community online.

Prior to joining Rebalance, Shannon spent 14 years at Fidelity Investments. Her focus with Fidelity was the online experience for clients looking to invest and save for life goals; such as sending kids to college and retirement. Shannon’s aim at Fidelity was to cultivate an online channel that enables clients to connect with the information and expertise they need to make educated investment decisions.

After receiving her Master’s Degree in International Development from The American University in Washington, DC, Shannon worked as an international development consultant for USAID and World Bank funded programs in Bosnia, West Bank/Gaza, Bangladesh, and Russia.

Shannon sits on the boards of the Metrowest Boston Conference for Women and the Public Relations Society of America, Boston chapter, and was recently on the Board of Directors of the Alumnae Association of Mount Holyoke College where she received her BA in Politics.

Shannon lives in Holliston, MA with her husband Stephen and their twin sons Nathan and Owen and recently welcomed Gracie, the Chinook pup in an effort to shift the balance toward some female energy. In her leisure time Shannon enjoys running around after Gracie, ocean swimming, yoga, meditation, entertaining family, and cheering on her sons in various soccer games and cross country meets.
