It makes me very happy that overall, we have an extraordinarily satisfied collection of clients. Our long-term retention rate of our clients is over 99%. Satisfaction level is over 99%. 82% of the time, clients have told us that they’re receptive and willing to refer Rebalance to friends, family, and associates and finally, in the ultimate test of client satisfaction – over 22% have already given us more of their retirement assets to manage.
