Sally Brandon, Senior Vice President of Client Service & Advice, explains how Rebalance establishes trust by building a rapport with clients. More on taking the emotion out of retirement investing.


At Rebalance, clients are given a two-person team that is made up of an investment advisor who helps them with any questions that they have with retirement investing, and then I basically handle everything else. If a client has any questions, they can either reach their investment advisor or me. I think the way that I establish trust is by building a rapport with clients, beyond how we’re going to invest their money, but to really understand them as a person and to understand their motivations, and to let them know a little bit about myself and the world that I come from. I think that rapport really then lends itself to building trust and then managing their money for them.
